"The beginner's guide" -- that game instantly popped in my mind when played Sign. This game gave me chills, but in the positive sense. I won't give more because you need to play it. This game left me with feeling that there's more to it, than I was able to discover during my playthrough. Visually it could be better but, what it lacks in presentation it makes up with atmosphere. Although author only provided binaries for Windows it is also playable on GNU\Linux with Wine.

You are ninja apprentice and your master is very annoyed by mosquitoes. He orders you to take care of them. Simple enough. This game has two modes: chasing the mosquitoes and crushing them. First mode is super easy just approach annoying bug and then you are dropped into second mode which quickly becomes super hard. Because there are different types of mosquitoes, regular black ones and the ones with color. The black you kill just by clicking on them, but for each color you need to press correct button and click, and the timer is counting and sensei patience is dropping. If he lost it he will kick you out of the dojo. Game is fun but hard and sometimes the keys are not correctly read by game. Art is not consistent and in my opinion is the weakest point of the game. But it is understandable because, this game was made in 48 hours. Author supplied Windows and GNU/Linux [[at]Avocado: Linux binary works!] binaries along with the source code.

You control unnamed protagonist armed with sword and shield. You need to battle the monsters and survive. But there is a twist, when you run into the wall, you really are running on it and it becomes new floor. This makes game awesome! But, maybe this is the fault of version we played, we used web gl version from itch.io page of this game because we could not get it to run under linux with wine. But back to "but", there is no way to stop animation, for example you cannot "cancel" your move sequence this is annoying. Also collision detection is faulty. For example you can just walk inside monster and start loosing life. But then again this may be fault of webgl version. Anyway concept is great, visuals are pleasing and game would be totally superb if mentioned problems would be fix. Game has a potential! Authors provided binaries for Windows and downloadable webGL version (HTML5).
